Another crazy car chase going off live now in CA. If you have periscope you


Can follow. U turns, wrong way on the interstate no lights in the dark. Just let a passenger out in the middle of the road who was either shot or faking it. He curled up in the middle of the road & was not moving. I think he was buying time for the guy trying to escape. It’s been going on for a while.
